Carrie Bradshaw Changes From Mac to HP

Hewlett-Packard has big plans to market their PCs to women as fashionable objects of desire.
Carrie Bradshaw will no longer write her columns with her Mac. All the characters on Sex And The City 2 will only have HP computers. Sarah Jessica Parker has also signed on as a spokesperson for HP's PC is Personal Again campaign.
Hewlett-Packard is also opening boutiques which sell notebooks and mini-computers alongside handbags, jewellery and shoes. They just opened the first one in Berlin, next month similar shops will be opened in Milan, Tokyo, Beijing and São Paolo. The cheekiest part of their marketing plan is that they will create Sex & the City 2–inspired walk-in closets in various shopping malls where they'll have all their Carrie Bradshaw endorsed products, HP PCs and Manolo Blahniks. In these pop-up shops, customer will also have the chance to walk down the faux catwalk and get their pictures taken.
They say By collaborating with this world-renowned film series, HP extends its relationship with and commitment to fashion trendsetters, inspiring people worldwide with its stylish computers.
Or is this the time when Carrie Bradshaw and Sex And The City is just not interesting anymore?
